Synopsis:
The Buddies and their Kids have a super spooky Halloween when local legends, the dastardly Howloween Hound and Warwick the Warlock, are accidentally released onto the town and prepare to take over Fernfield and then the world...but first--they need the souls of five puppy siblings.
